- Rachel Spencer Added June 14, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2 yrs in a row I have had difficulty with attempting to book my Mitsubishi ASX in for a service, until I have decided to go elsewhere. No response to multiple emails sent and no return phone call. Booking a simple service should not be such an ordeal! However the older gentleman that served me last time I collected my car was absolutely lovely. It is a shame that it only takes 1-2 people to let the whole team down!
- Myam Harvey Added June 12, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely shocking customer service at Mitsubishi Nowra. At first Greg tried to get my partner to sign a contract more then verbally agreed On until my partner had noticed he was quick to run in and get a quote on an agreed price.
I took the car to get the first service! The lady mentioned to me that the window shades are still not in yet!
Months later on my partner call to check up and they apparently were not on our order! Which was definitely agreed on with the salesman and my partner numerous times.
Recommend spending your hard earned money else where - Corey Morrison Added June 02, 2023★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sales team are happy to take $50000 for a brand new car but when there is a minor problem on their behalf the sales team including the manager don’t want anything to do with it! No effort to try to resolve the issue, I would recommend spending money elsewhere where the staff care about their customers.
