  Not sure if it was just the time we went or what was going on but the interior of the restaurant was filthy, bins were overflowing tables were not clear and the floor was somewhat sticky. The poor staff were run off their feet, clearly under a lot of pressure. The toilets were putrid and unusable with no toilet paper. I understand McDonald's can get extremely busy especially on long weekends and school holidays however management needs to prepare for this and roster enough staff to cover the increased workload. Can't say we will be stopping there again.

  Just received my order like this. The workers poured Oreo all over the drinks (Oreo mcflurry hadn't fallen). Other mcflurrys weren't placed in cup holders at all, on their sides, and items were missing from my order. Great staff you have at night

  great place for fast food.
  the self serve machines are not complicated and very easy to understand where each item is, prices and how to order.
  there is plenty of seating and the tables and chairs are always cleaned.
  
  They have great bathrooms with female, male and disabled bathrooms.
  
  Make you feel comfortable and welcomed. stress free.
  play ground for kids with clear glass so you can watch from outside of the room and still supervise your children. very childproof play area so you know your kids will be okay. it is nice to leave no mess behind as the workers treat us with respect and we should show it back. sadly food prices are rising and food portions are less but I do not blame mcdonalds at all. hope everyone is well

  Very slow and chaotic. None of the ordering terminals had receipt paper, yet the employees kept calling numbers while nobody knew what number they had.
  
  Ordered 10 chicken bites on the terminal and then when I finally got my food I was told they don’t serve those, so I got 3 chicken nuggets instead, which didn’t seem like a fair trade. Also had to ask for my drink even though it was clearly on the receipt.

  Went drive through with my parents.
  We ordered
  2x frozen Raspberry
  1x frozen coke drink
  1x junior burger.
  When we got to pay we noted the incorrect number of raspberry drinks on the screen and repeated our order to the lady that we ordered 2 raspberries. She said the order was fine from what she could see. This was strange to us as we told her its not what was on our screen. She said its fine and we paid then received one half filled raspberry, frozen coke and junior burger. We asked for our drink to be filled up as we paid for a large- not a half filled drink. When we asked where the 3rd frozen drink was, the lady working at McCafé got visibly annoyed and said you've only paid for what you got. We explained that we confirmed our order prior and to speak to the lady who took our order. She then yelled at us WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE THE RECEIPT?? We said we knew what we ordered and confirmed it then she yelled again WOULD YOU LIKE TO SEE THE RECEIPT!? Then repeated this a third time even more angry before we could reply. We asked her to please calm down and not yell at us and we just want our drink even if we had to pay there instead. Another worker heard her yelling and took over. She had us pay for the raspberry drink and we received it quick.
  
  Customer service was absolutely horrible, I can't believe she yelled at my father over something that could have easily been resolved.
  If I could upload the footage from my dashcam video here, I honestly would.
  Way to ruin a day out with the family maccas.

  Went there this morning for take away breakfast. Had to wait around 10 minutes for food and when it finally came it was missing half the order, condiments and cutlery. Had to go into store to rectify and didn't get a sorry or anything. Wouldn't recommend this joint to anyone. Funny thing is Nowra is getting a third maccas and the two we already have can't even get it right.
