  Avoid! They were very friendly in the beginning. Matilda didn't send our contract through until I requested. Also added an extra $1000 on the price and said it was for rego, we called Auswide at Newcastle and just queried this and they said there was no extra charge for rego and the price was 1k cheaper.
  
  Picked our van up and saw Matilda hand out a gift of a start up bag. I went in to ask how much they were and she said $250. I asked if they came with the caravan as I've seen other dealerships give gifts and this start up pack. We recieved nothing.
  
  Mike the lovely man who went through everything with us about how the caravan works was amazing! Really lovely genuine helpful guy. We recieved top notch service from him.
  
  I would not go to Nowra again and we will not be taking our van there for servicing. Mike if you leave and go somewhere else for work I'd happily bring my van to you.

  Staff are friendly, helpful and informative at time of sale but no after sale quality service. After careful research we believed in our SR18 2020 at purchase but have had significant warranty issues (cracked window surrounds and water leaks). Auswide said there would be a delay waiting for window replacements so we waited patiently in good faith but discovered six months later they had never submitted the warranty papers. Finally warranty papers submitted but three months after that still no word on repairs. Phone calls not returned. Also had cupboard doors fly off and hinges needing to be replaced. Auswide said they couldn't get hinges. My husband bought them at Bunnings no problem and fixed them himself. Auswide were also supposed to replace cupboard door in November 2021when they damaged it during service. Reminded them in May 2022 and still waiting. We also had shower head rest snap off - cheap plastic coated to look like metal. They sent us another replacement same cheap quality - husband replaced that too at our own expense for something better quality. We thought with SR we were getting quality and good honest service with Auswide. Instead we have a new van sitting there we can't use, accumulating more water damage and waiting better part of a year now for window replacements. Disgusted with poor after sales service. Still chasing up and patience worn thin. Have contacted Snowy River 3 months ago - apparently at 'top of list' - were supposed to contact us with possible repair dates but months later still no further word from them either. Husband rang Auswide last week. Supposed to call him back but never did. We have been understanding and patient but found this business negligent and unprofessional with lack of communication and appalling warranty handling. Fed up and feel we have no choice now but to seek external advice.

  Friendly to get our money BUT pass the buck when it came to warranty. DONOT BUY FROM THEM

  Called in out of curiosity to show the wife what a 3 to 4 metre van looks like "in the flesh" .. and found exactly what we had in mind, so we bought it.
  Great service from Paul the salesman, very customer focused with what we asked about the van.
